She’s the heavily pregnant fitness guru who boasts more than two million followers on Instagram.
And on Tuesday, Emily Skye showed off how much her body has changed as she prepares to welcome her first child.
Taking to Instagram, the 32-year-old shared a dramatic side-by-side shot of her body pre-pregnancy versus now.

On one side, Emily flaunted her extremely ripped physique during a high intensity workout with her muscular arms on display as she donned a red Reebok singlet.
In stark contrast was the accompanying photo of the now eight-months-pregnant star’s body.
Emily exhibited her changed body shape in a purple floral bikini which exhibited her burgeoning bump in all its glory.

In the accompanying caption, the fitness star shared inspirational words about body love and parenting.
‘I was strong then, but I’m getting stronger now – but in different ways,’ she wrote.
‘I have an utmost respect and admiration for mothers. Growing a human isn’t easy and neither is raising them (which I’ll soon be experiencing myself).’

As she continued, Emily wrote that she was feeling nervous about the upcoming birth and sometimes doubted whether she would be a good mother.
The mum-to-be also shared her method of attempting to overcome these concerns that many pregnant women grapple with.
‘I try to overpower those negative thoughts with positive affirmations such as: “I am strong and capable – I was made for this”, and “I trust my body and look forward to seeing what I’m truly capable of”‘ she wrote.
