Tanya's Take: 3 Tips From My Accountability Coach Teddi Mellencamp

Tanya Rad here! I’ve been very vocal about my accountability coaching with Teddi Mellencamp because this program has transformed me – mind, body, and soul.

While learning about my physical body, and making myself a priority, I have began to shift my mental & spiritual priorities & it’s just been such a great thing for me!

I wanted to pass along my 3 biggest takeaways from be a part of the program.

1) YOU ARE YOUR BIGGEST LIMITATION

I made a lot of excuses as to why I couldn’t do the program. I work long days, my job is social, blah blah blah… 

It wasn’t until I fully committed to this process that I felt like I fully committed to myself, and began to create a BALANCE that my life so desperately needed.

2) EATING HEALTHY IN MASS QUANTITY DOESN’T MAKE IT OKAY! 

I’ve always thought I ate pretty healthy but it wasn’t until I really started looking at the foods I was eating when I realized I really wasn’t doing myself any favors. Being very aware of WHAT I’m putting in my body is such a priority of mine now & it’s for the best!

3) CONTROL YOUR LIFE OR IT WILL CONTROL YOU 

I’ve never felt more in charge of my life than I do now. Not only did this program make me realize I can make a physical change, but it gave me a GIGANTIC mental shift. I’ve never felt more empowered, more POWERFUL, and more in charge of my life than I do now.
